Frequently asked questions
Does the terminal need special hardware?
No. The terminal runs in the browser on a tablet. It works straight away with staff number and PIN; badges need an NFC reader.
What happens without signal on site?
The terminal stores entries encrypted for up to 7 days and sends them as soon as the connection is back. The app also clocks in offline.
Does know the collective agreement?
Yes. Wage classes with minimum wages under the national collective agreement (LMV), holiday and public holiday pay and notice periods under the Code of Obligations are built in.
What does it cost for a business with 15 employees?
In the Start plan (up to 20 employees), costs CHF 79 per month, excl. VAT. The employee app is included and the first month is free.
