The employee app is in the App Store and Google Play
Clock in, holidays, payslips, receipts and approvals on your phone: the KMU | base app for iOS and Android, even without a company email.
The KMU | base app is available in the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android. It is meant for all employees, including those without a company email address. Sign-in and permissions are the same as on the web.
Time and attendance
- Clock in with your location, even without a network.
- If you wish, Face ID or fingerprint before clocking in.
- Book time to a project or a building site.
Schedule, absences and pay
- View the schedule and request holidays. Managers approve with one tap.
- View your payslip in the app.
- Read messages from the company.
Receipts and approvals
- Photograph and submit expense receipts. After approval, the receipt continues all the way to accounting.
- Scan documents, file them in Docu | base and handle approvals.
- Keep track of tasks from QMS | base and Sales | base.
Questions for the AI assistant
The AI assistant is also available in the app, with dictation if you wish. It acts with your permissions, and you approve any changes.
