Fixed plans: what KMU | base costs

With KMU | base you book each app as a fixed plan. HR | base depends on the number of employees. Finance | base, Sales | base, QMS | base and Docu | base depend on the number of users, meaning the people who work in the app. Employees use the app free of charge: clock in, request holiday, read documents and messages. All prices are in CHF per app per month, excl. VAT.

The five plans

• Start: HR | base up to 20 employees CHF 79. Finance | base and Sales | base up to 5 users CHF 49 each. QMS | base and Docu | base up to 5 users CHF 89 each.
• KMU: HR | base 21–50 employees CHF 129. Finance | base and Sales | base up to 15 users CHF 99 each. QMS | base and Docu | base CHF 139 each.
• Business: HR | base 51–200 employees CHF 290. Finance | base and Sales | base up to 50 users CHF 250 each. QMS | base and Docu | base CHF 310 each.
• Enterprise 500: HR | base 201–500 employees CHF 650. Finance | base and Sales | base up to 120 users CHF 590 each. QMS | base and Docu | base CHF 720 each.
• Enterprise 1000: HR | base 501–1’000 employees CHF 890. Finance | base and Sales | base up to 200 users CHF 820 each. QMS | base and Docu | base CHF 990 each.

Above 1’000 employees we provide an individual quote. You can add users per app per month: CHF 12 (Start), CHF 10 (KMU), CHF 8 (Business), CHF 6 (Enterprise 500), CHF 5 (Enterprise 1000).

Discount for several apps

From three apps you get 20 % off, with all five apps 25 %.

An example: a company with 15 employees and 5 users per app books all five apps in the Start plan. That costs CHF 355 per month, or CHF 266.25 after the 25 % bundle discount.

Start and term

The first month is free, and there is no setup fee. The minimum term is 12 months per app.
