KMU | base is available now: five complete apps for Swiss SMEs under one login. Register and open your company.

Five apps, one foundation

• HR | base: personnel files, time, absences, payroll and applications, with Swiss law built in.
• Finance | base: accounting and ERP with QR-bill and VAT returns. Your accountant works with their own access.
• QMS | base: quality management, from the first process to ISO 9001 certification.
• Docu | base: documents with permissions, versions and full-text search. You edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint right in the browser.
• Sales | base: contacts, deals and quotes. A won deal becomes an invoice in Finance | base.

Each app can be booked on its own and is complete by itself. All apps share the same login, the same users, roles and permissions.

What all apps have in common

• AI included. An AI assistant works in every app. It acts with the permissions of the person using it, and nothing changes without approval.
• Data in Switzerland. Development, operation and support take place in Switzerland, and the data is held in Swiss data centres.
• Employee app for iOS and Android, also for employees without a company email address.
• Four languages: German, French, Italian and English.

Getting started

• The first month is free, and there is no setup fee.
• Data migration is free of charge: you upload your data, and KMU | base takes it over within 24 business hours.
• HR | base depends on the number of employees, the other apps on the number of users; prices start at CHF 49 per app per month (excl. VAT), and employees use the app free of charge. From three apps you get 20 % off, with all five apps 25 %.

KMU | base was developed in the daily work of a Swiss group of companies, together with an HR specialist from the founding team who has experience in accounting and auditing. Every deadline and every checklist comes from real work.
