Who’s doing the post today? We are.

Redaktion KMU | base, Redaktion

Fan of white window envelopes with a status card for a registered letter: prepared, handed to the post, delivered.

Nobody likes queuing at the post office after work. Send invoices, reminders and registered letters straight from KMU | base, plus eBill.

It’s nearly four o’clock. On the desk are three reminders, a quote and a termination that has to go by registered post. Then comes the question asked every day in many companies: who’s doing the post today?

Nobody wants to queue at the counter after work. Yet letters still matter, even though so much is already electronic. Terminations, reminders and contracts often still go out on paper.

The letter goes straight from KMU | base

You open the invoice, reminder or document and choose to send it by post. Then:

  • You choose: A-Post, B-Post or registered. You check the recognised address and see the price before sending.
  • We handle the rest: printing, enveloping and handover to the post, through our Swiss mailing partner Pingen.
  • You see the status: from “Prepared” to “Handed to the post”, and on to “Delivered” for registered letters. On the go in the app too.

Sent by 4 pm, the letter goes out the same day. Delivery is by Swiss Post. There’s no minimum quantity and no postal subscription: you only pay for the letters you actually send. Registered letters are available to Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium and Spain.

If you prefer no paper: eBill

A customer checks their invoices in the evening in e-banking. With eBill, your QR-bill is already there. They see the amount and sender, approve, and they’re done, without typing anything. In KMU | base you see which customers have activated eBill. For everyone else, you deliberately choose the letter.

For eBill you connect your own account with the mailing partner; the fee runs directly through that account. Postage for letters is charged by usage.

Your evening is yours. We’ll do the post.
