Why our price list could have used a QMS of its own
CHF 49 base price, CHF 29 per app, no user limits. How we got to this one sentence.
We build software that makes life easier for SMEs. Our own price list could not say the same.
Prices per user, tiered packages, extra users, discounts: by the end it could have used a QMS of its own. On the last evening alone we turned it upside down three more times. Now it all fits in one sentence:
CHF 49 base price. CHF 29 per app. No user limits.
The base price covers user and permission management, access, the mobile app, AI and storage. This applies up to 20 employees, each additional person costs CHF 1 per app per month.
If you pay per user, sooner or later you wonder whether the apprentice really needs access. We spare you that discussion. Your accountant and your board cost nothing extra with us. They may with you, but that is another matter.
Three examples
Per month, excl. VAT:
- 15 employees, HR and Finance: CHF 107
- 60 employees, HR, Finance and QMS: CHF 256
- 150 employees, all five apps: CHF 844
With 100 employees, all five apps cost CHF 5.94 per person. About a coffee. Without the croissant, let us be honest.
Limits exist only where we have real costs: storage, AI, SMS and post. That is stated openly on the pricing page. And your subscription price holds for good, as long as your contract runs. Even if we have another brilliant idea.
