Which data do you migrate?
Employees with contracts, customers and suppliers, chart of accounts and opening balances, items and open items – from your exports, for example as CSV or Excel files.
Do I still need to close the old year?
Yes, in your current program. starts with the opening balance on 1 January, so each year stays in one system.
Do my employees need a company email address?
No. Time clocking, holidays, payslips and receipts run in the employee app for iOS and Android – even without a company email.
What does switching cost?
Data migration is free, there is no setup fee and the first month is free. After that, fixed plans start at CHF 49 per app per month (excl. VAT), with 20 % off from three apps and 25 % for all five.
