Are there setup costs?
No. Setup costs CHF 0: migration, redesign and one round of corrections are included. You pay CHF 49 per month per website, plus the KMU base base price of CHF 49 per month once.
Do I need WordPress or CMS knowledge?
No. is not WordPress and works without plugins or a complicated back end. You write in the AI chat what should change, and you need neither a CMS course nor training.
Can the website be multilingual?
Yes. Each page can be kept in German, French, Italian or English. If you wish, you translate texts in the AI chat.
How do search engines find my website?
For each page you maintain title, description and preview image. creates the sitemap automatically, and we permanently redirect old addresses to the new pages.
Do I have to pay for content upkeep?
No. There is no obligation to pay for content upkeep and no maintenance contract. You change your content yourself, whenever you like. Hosting, SSL, security updates and backups are included.
Can I keep my own domain?
Yes. You keep your domain. We show you which records are needed, and Online | base checks the connection and the certificate.
What happens to my texts and images?
We take over all your content and redesign it. Old addresses are redirected to the new pages, so you lose nothing on Google.
How do I change something later?
You write in the AI chat what should change, check the preview and click “Publish”. If you prefer, you use the editor.
Can I run a shop?
Yes, the shop is included. You manage items, stock, orders and invoices directly in , which is required for this.
What applies after 12 months?
After the minimum term of 12 months the subscription continues and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice to the end of a month.
Do I get email addresses too?
Yes. Mailboxes for your domain cost CHF 5 per mailbox per month. You read them in the mail centre or on your phone.
Can I move only some of my mailboxes?
No. You keep either all of your company’s mailboxes with us or none. That way your domain runs in one place, all addresses are set up the same way and your mail is delivered reliably, without responsibility split between two providers.
