Activating industry packages
QMS | base › Industry packages
Shows the industry packages for care, food, laboratories, social institutions, occupational safety, data protection, automotive suppliers and GxP, with their content and a note on the expert review. On first activation, a package creates model processes and documents as drafts, requirements in the register of legal and other requirements, the criteria of a custom standard and KPIs; existing numbers and titles are not created twice.
Step by step
- Open “Industry packages” and choose the appropriate package.
- Read the content and the note on the expert review.
- Click “Activate and load templates” and confirm.
- Continue via “Open specialist module” or “Rate criteria in standard mapping”.

Aggregated values can be imported as CSV (Kennzahl;Stichtag;Wert); the self-declaration summarises the organisation, processes, valid documents, requirements, indicators, actions, internal audits and reports of the last twelve months as a PDF.
Step by step
- Activate the package “Nursing homes and home care (Spitex)”.
- Under “Import values”, choose the CSV file or paste rows and click “Import”.
- Adjust target values via the name of the KPI.
- Under “Self-declaration”, click “Create PDF”.

Step by step
- Open a plan in the list to see its process steps, hazards and critical control points.
- With the right “QMS: industry packages” (level “Manage”), save product, product group, description, process and responsibility via “Create HACCP plan”.
- Under “Monitoring due”, click a CCP and record the measured value.
HACCP plan
QMS | base › Industry packages › HACCP › HACCP plan
Shows a HACCP plan with process steps and their hazards (type, rating, control, decision CCP, no CCP or good practice, critical limit). The plan is approved using the four-eyes principle and can be downloaded as a PDF structured by the seven HACCP principles.
Step by step
- Use “Add process step” to record the steps of the process, e.g. goods receipt, cooking, cooling.
- At the step, use “Record hazard” to enter type, description, likelihood and severity (1–4 each) and the control measure, and answer the four questions of the decision tree.
- Open the hazard to complete the CCP details.
- A second person with the right “QMS: industry packages” clicks “Approve”; “Plan as PDF” downloads the plan.
Hazard and critical control point
QMS | base › Industry packages › HACCP › HACCP plan › Hazard
Shows a hazard with its rating (likelihood × severity), the answers in the decision tree and the result. For a CCP: measured variable, critical limit, monitoring method and frequency, responsibility, corrective action, verification, due date and the latest measurements with recording.
Step by step
- Under “Record measurement”, enter value, time, batch and remark; if the value is outside the critical limit, state the corrective action taken.
- Under “Record verification”, enter the date and result of the verification; the next due date follows from the interval.
- With the right “QMS: industry packages”, change the rating, decision tree and CCP details under “Edit”.
HACCP measurements
QMS | base › Industry packages › HACCP › Measurements
Lists all critical control points with critical limit, due date and last measurement, lets you record a measurement by choosing the CCP and shows the latest 200 measurements with the filter “Deviations only”. After each measurement, a link leads to the next measurement point due.
Step by step
- In the CCP list, press “Record measurement” at the point concerned – the CCP is preselected in the form – or choose it in the form under “Critical control point”.
- Enter the measured value and time and click “Record measurement”.
- After saving, “Next measurement point due” leads to the next CCP that is due; if none is left, a notice appears.
- In the event of a deviation, state the corrective action taken; the action appears in the list with its number and status.
- Use “Deviations only” to limit the list to values outside the critical limit.
Withdrawal and recall

Batches can be blocked, if required together with all subsequent batches.
Step by step
- Fill in “Create batch” below: batch number, item, supplier, receipt, quantity and unit.
- Open the batch and, under “Record a movement”, book a usage in another batch or a dispatch to a recipient.
